1/4/12 & 1/5/12, 4/3/12 & 4/16/12 and 9/28/12 & 10/1/12 Steve Wiltgen’s WHS communications class toured Winona Radio. Students visited with morning announcers to learn about their jobs and backgrounds. 2/23/12 & 9/12/12 Sponsored Job Fair at the Winona Mall 3/7/12 Two Montessori school students completed Shadow Program with morning announers. 4/20/12 Announcer was announcer for FFA sponsored Donkey Basketball game at Winona Senior High School 4/25/12 Operations Mgr/Human Resources Director attended webinar on the Principles of the Equal Opportunity Program of the Federal Communications Commission presented by the Conlave. Early fall semester - WSU student did internship in writing, concentrating on Bridal Guide. 10/16/12 – Mel Ott, salesperson, participated in Lewiston-Altura High School Career Fair, Careers on Wheels. 10/20/12 Announcer was master of ceremonies for WSU homecoming pep rally. |
