Installation of Winona's new dock in the commercial harbor has been completed.
                       
The Winona Port Authority at its upcoming August 9th, meeting will be asked to approve a certificate of completion and payment to the JF Brennan Company of La Crosse for the construction work.  The estimate is just under $1.2 million.
                       
Also on the Authority's agenda is a resolution supporting the City of Winona's application for a grant to help pay for the Lake Park Bike Path Replacement Project. The estimated cost is $535,000 and the city is seeking $390,000 from the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources' Legacy Grant Program.
                       
In addition, the Authority will review its recommended 2013 budget.  The meeting will be held next Thursday August 9th at 4:00 p.m. at City Hall.
