Winona Area Public School Board has scheduled a special board Meeting for 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 28th, to be held
in the District Office conference room.

The board will call for a Closed Session to discuss pending litigation with the School District's attorney. The pending litigation involves the proposed immediate discharge of a teacher.

The board will reconvene the special meeting for possible personnel action.
