A Goodview firm will build a 50,000 square foot addition to its existing plant that is earmarked to be completed by January First.
                   
The Rochester Post-Bulletin reports CPI Banani's board of Directors approved the construction last month after plans had been in the works since January of 2011.  Company officials said the expansion is necessary to support the production requirements for new customers in the packaging, pallet, recreational vehicle, and watercraft industries.
                   
Composite Products Industries was purchased earlier by the Braj Banani Group, based in Mumbai, India.  The new facility is expected to provide space for warehousing, production, and research.
