The Winona Unit of the Minnesota League of Women voters will host a public forum on the Marriage Rights amendment to the Minnesota State Constitution going before the voters in November.
                 
The forum will be held Wednesday at City Hall at 7:00 p.m.
  
Participants in a panel discussion will be: Winona County Attorney Karin Sonneman... Kate Brinkman of Minnesota United for All Families...Chuck Ripley, chair of the Winona Human Rights Commission...and Nick Connor of the GLBT and Allies Club at Winona State University.

The hour-long discussion will also be televised live on Winona's Cable Public Access channels. on HBC and Charter.
