A Nelson man accused of running over a woman with a truck has been charged with 2nd degree recklessly endangering safety in Buffalo County Circuit Court.
    
A felony complaint filed against 30-year-old Lucas Makes Cold Weather says he recklessly accelerated his truck over a woman in a driveway near a house in Nelson on Sept. 9th.
    
Buffalo County Sheriff's Deputy. Tim Hollister said a preliminary alcohol test taken after the arrest showed Makes Cold Weather with a blood-alcohol content of point-24, three times the legal limit for driving.
