The Winona City Council will take a final look at a proposed moratorium ordinance on frac and mining, and transportation of the sand in the City, on Monday.
The city Planning Commission worked on the document for over six months and the council held a public hearing on it in January.
Final adoption of the document is on the Monday agenda,.
Also on the agenda is a discussion of the council's travel policy and the renewal of the city's property and liability insurance for 2013, excluding worker's compensation.
The meeting is at 6:30 p.m. Monday at City Hall.
