MnDot reports I-90 in Winona County  is 100% ice covered...very bad around mile marker 259, near Nodine Hill .... crews are out sanding but drive with extreme caution this morning! Motorists may encounter brief lane closures on I-90 between Highway 76 and Dakota due to numerous vehicles in the ditch.
