Miller's recent survey of constituents in his Houston, Fillmore, and Winona County district showed 64% of respondants were against gay marriage while 36% were in favor.
Miller expects to issue his formal position on the issue Friday. That statement will come after the House completes its floor debate Friday. Miller has predicted the House will approve the measure. The senate is expected to vote on Monday.
