A 25-year-old Winona man was jailed Friday after authorities conducted a search of his residence in the 950 block of West Third Street and turned up drugs, surveillance equipment, and several guns.
Deputy Police Chief Tom Williams said Michael Benjamin Price was cited with five felony possession of controlled substance counts. One count with intent to sell and two for possession of halucenegenic mushrooms and pills without a prescription.
Williams said officers also recovered three guns and a stun gun including two loaded guns. Williams said Price's bedroom was also equipped with a security camera and a radio frequency detector.
Police recovered numerous baggies with meth in them ready for sale. A total of 38.1 grams of meth was confiscated along with numerous pills and with drug paraphernalia.
