State Senator Jeremy Miller has introduced two bills this session but it appears only one has seen some movement in the legislature.

Miller says so far his measure to get Minnesota and Wisconsin talking about an income tax reciprocity agreement has not gotten much traction yet.

The reciprocity agreement expired in 2009 and since than residents who live in Minnesota but work in Wisconsin have had to file income tax returns in both states.

Miller says his other bill, seeking to strengthen an earlier law that stiffens the penalties for possessing synthetic drugs, goes after the sellers of synthetic drugs.

That bill is moving through the legislature and is still alive.
