"Living Well with Ongoing Health Concerns" is a free, six-week program offered by Winona Health to help people who are living with a chronic health condition or an ongoing health concern. The spring program begins March 23rd and meets six consecutive Thursdays, 2 - 4 p.m.
The program is designed to help people with conditions such as heart disease, arthritis, diabetes, depression, asthma, bronchitis, emphysema, chronic pain and other physical and mental health conditions.
The program meets at Winona Health Sarnia Square. There is no cost unless participants wish to purchase the program manual for $20. Class size is limited and RSVP is required. Call Winona Health Therapy Services, a 453-3741.
