A 55 year old Lewiston man has been summoned to appear in Winona District Court on September 11th on felony charges of sexually abusing a young female.
                    
According to a criminal complaint filed by the county attorney's office, Michael Joseph Anderson is charged with criminal sexual conduct in the second and fifth degrees.  The complaint alleges Anderson had inappropriate contact with a teenaged girl on two occasions in 2010.
                    
Anderson remains free from custody.
