Authorities said four people were arrested outside a Winona bar early Friday after a fight broke out after bar closing time.
Deputy Police Chief Tom Williams said police were called to Steiny's Bar at 501 West Fourth Street just before 1:30 a.m.
Four males were charged with obstructing the legal process...all from Winona.
Williams said five others were cited with violations after police were called to a loud party complaint in the 650 Block of Huff Street just before 1:00 a.m. today. The charges ranged from obstructing the legal process to minor consumption and giving a false name and date of birth to an officer.
No injuries were reported in either incident.
