Vice president Joe Biden is expected to make  stop in Rochester next week.
                  
The Rochester Post-Bulletin is reporting that Biden is expected to attend a public rally in Rochester on the afternoon of Tuesday, August 21st.  It's reported to be the second stop in Minnesota on that day. Biden is expected to be in Minneapolis around noon.  No exact times were listed.
