Minnesota State College--Southeast Technical is offering a chance to become a certified blackjack dealer.
                
New this fall will be a class in "Introduction to Gaming" that will be offered on the college's Red Wing campus.  Students will learn the proper procedures in which to deal blackjack, and also how to best manage the casino environment, both mentally and physically.
               
Following completion students will have the certification required by the Treasure Island Resort and Casino near Red Wing.  Casual gamblers are also welcome to take the class to gain a behind-the-scenes understanding of the profession.
                
The course meets for 80 hours and the cost is $329.  Classes will be available on the Red Wing campus in September, October and November.  For more information call toll free-877-853-8324, extension 6320.
