Buffalo County has 11 job applicants for a full-time administrative coordinator position authorized by the county board.

County board chairman Del Twidt of Waumandee said finalists selected for interviews would be chosen by consensus of county supervisors serving as chairs of committees.

Among new job description duties of a coordinator approved by the county board in November, the position will be responsible for supervision and management of courthouse department operations, programs, services and money matters.

The job description includes a bullet list of more than 25 management duties that a coordinator will be responsible for as chief operating officer under direction of the county board and county chairperson.
