23- year old Isaiah Barr of Winona was ordered to do 40 hours of community service work and obtain counseling as part of a two-year probationary agreement in Buffalo County Court.
Barr was convicted on charges of possessing marijuana and disorderly conduct.
A two-year deferred prosecution or sentencing was entered on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. A charge of battery by a prisoner and two other counts of disorderly conduct were dismissed.
19-year old Porter Secrist of Alma, has an adjourned initial appearance court hearing scheduled July 24th on a felony charge of manufacturing or delivery of 3 grams or less of a Molly designer drug.
