The Buffalo County Board of Supervisors has decided to delay final action on a county budget until December.
                    
That move came after the board did approve an increase in the county's 2013 property tax levy of 5-point-9 million dollars.
                    
The Cochrane-Fountain City Recorder reports the 2013 property tax levy will increase by 59-thousand dollars over the 2012 levy.
                    
The board members decided to delay final action on the budget so they can discuss the possibility of more cuts.
                    
The proposed budget now calls for about 428 thousand dollars in reduced 2013 spending.
