Incumbent Steve Willadsen did not file for re-election to the Cochrane-Fountain City School Board and two incumbents did along with two other candidates seeking three-year seats in the April 2nd election.

Three seats on the school board are up for election. Incumbents Ed Callahan and Karen Knospe filed for re-election with challenges from Rita Greshik and Steve Duellman.

Voters district wide will choose three of the four candidates to serve on the school board, the top three vote getters winning seats.

The school board election ballot allows voting for up to three candidates. All of the 7 members on the school board serve at-large.
