Deputy Police Chief Tom Williams said a vehicle with no headlights on that was swerving near second and Huff Street was stopped by a patrolling officer,
Williams said Zainab Abubakar was brought to the Law Enforcement Center where her blood alcohol was tested at 0.27%, more than three times the legal limit for driving.
Inside the vehicle were two children under the age of seven who were tuned over to family members. Abubakar was held in jail over the weekend.
