State Representative Greg Davids is expressesing some concerns over the proposed budget that Governor Mark Dayton unveiled Tuesday.
                
The lead Republican on the House Taxes Committee says the plan sounds like a good deal for neighboring states, but not for Minnesota.

Davids says the Governor’s budget proposal appears to take from the poor and give to the rich.

Governor Dayton is proposing Minnesotans pay a lower overall sales tax rate but that it should be applied to more goods and services, including clothes over $100.
