The public is being asked to help locate a dog that bit someone and then ran.
             
Winona's Animal Control Officer Wendy Peterson says the dog was near the Winona Technical College on Sunday, October 28th, around 10:30 a.m.  The dog is described as an adult brindle pitbull.
