According to KTTC TV Taylor was standing in a group of people behind the shooter. Jensen said the incident happened at a bachelor-bachelorette party in Arendahl Township and that Taylor and his two sons, who were tending to cattle in a nearby field, had been invited to stop by the party.
Taylor was taken to an area where an ambulance crew and the Mayo One helicopter tended to him. He was pronounced dead at that location from an abdominal wound. Jensen said the incident remains under investigation and an autopsy was performed Sunday.
