The United Way of the Greater Winona Area says free tax preparation will be available for low and moderate income residents starting in February.

Volunteers from A-A-R-P will help individuals with their taxes between February 2nd and April 13th. at Live Well located at Huff and Sarnia Streets.

The volunteers will be available Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
