Winona County authorities say a 38-year-old St. Charles woman was jailed in Rochester Wednesday on an Olmsted County probation violation after a search of her residence turned up controlled substances and over 11-thousand dollars in cash.
Sheriff's Department Investigator Rob Averbeck said authorities served a search warrant on Machelle Frisbee about 1:00 p.m. Wednesday and during their search located 113 packages of a synthetic drug, paraphernalia that contained a substance that a preliminary test showed was cocaine, and 11-thousand-85 dollars in cash.
Frisbee was cited with two controlled substance felonies with intent to sell the drugs.
Frisbee told officers, according to Averbeck, that 5-thousand dollars of the cash were proceeds from the sale of a motorcycle.
