An evidence hearing has been scheduled for March 12th in Winona District Court for the school bus driver who crashed his bus in Winona County on January 28th.
54-year-old Karl Herber of Rollingstone appeared in court Thursday where the omnibus hearing was scheduled.
Herber is facing three counts of driving while intoxicated. Police said his blood alcohol level at the time of the crash was point-zero-nine. The legal limit in Minnesota for commercial drivers is .04.
The Lewiston-Altura school bus carrying five children went off Fern Valley Road near Rollingstone and struck some trees.
Neither Herber or any of the children, in grades kindergarten through fifth grade, were injured.
