Trempealeau County authorities said Highway 93 in the Town of Arcadia was reopened Monday after it became blocked for a time.
                 
The Sheriff's Department said a semi tractor trailer unit was hauling a combine and had the combine fall off the trailer just before 1:00 p.m. blocking the highway.  The incident took place at Holcomb Coulee Road  No other details were released.
