Police said 21 year old woman was injured in a two vehicle crash at Second and Main Streets early Sunday.
              
Deputy Police Chief Tom Williams said a vehicle driven by 31 year old Brian Hynes of Naperville, Illinois, collided with a second vehicle about 12:20 a.m.  The female passenger in the second vehicle complained of a possible neck injury.
                
Hynes was cited with gross misdemeanor criminal vehicular operation, DWI, and test refusal.  Williams said Hynes was taken to a detox center in Rochester after his blood alcohol tested at 0.26%, more than three times the legal limit for driving.
