WABASHA, MINN. (KWNO)-Lane closures on the Mississippi River crossing in Wabasha got underway Monday.
The lane closures are to allow crews to replace expansion joints and to paint the bridge. MnDOT says drivers will see a temporary traffic signal to direct them through the lane closure.
Streets under the bridge are expected to be closed throughout the work. The project is scheduled to finish in September.
