A Winona woman is a big winner in the Minnesota State Lottery.
                
The Lottery says Muriel Irons won 10-thousand dollars playing the Spotlight Crossward scratch game.  Irons claimed her prize at Lottery headquarters in Roseville on August 6th.
                
She purchased her winning ticket at the Freedom Valu Center located on Mankato Avenue.
