Unconditional bond was set at half a million dollars in Winona District Court for a man accused of stalking a Winona woman.
According to a criminal complaint, Aaron Reginald Nelson was charged with felony counts of a pattern of stalking behavior and violating a no contact order. The complaint says police staked out the woman's residence after she complained of some damage being caused to the residence.
Officers arrested Nelson when they spotted him approaching the residence on August 21st. They had also caught him on a video surveillance camera the night before. The complaint said the alleged stalking behavior had been going on for some time.
