ORC Industries in Winona has received a $7,500 grant from Xcel Energy to fund the ORC's Skills, Education and Training Program.
               
The grant will help the program provide education to the firm's clients that enhance their vocational, personal, and social competencies to help them succeed in both the workplace and their everyday lives.

The program is a learning environment for employment and social skills for ORC's target population of adults with disabilities.

Xcel Energy invests in local communities with grants, charitable contributions, and volunteer time.
