The Plainview News reports that on January First, 2013, the First National Bank of Plainview will become Foresight Bank.
Bank President Dean Harrington said the bank will retain the same local ownership and staff.
Harrington said there are many First National Banks around the country and the new name will allow the Plainview operation to stand out.
The Plainview bank was established in 1902 and currently has assets of 150-million dollars.....
