(KWNO)-Police calls from Jan. 29-Jan. 31.

Winona County Sheriff’s Office: 

1/29, 11:31 p.m. 19-year-old Eddison A. Jefferies of Lewiston was arrested under the suspicion of DWI in the area of Washington and Sarnia Streets. Deputies say he was driving without his lights on. Charges are pending results of a blood test.

1/30, 1:33 a.m. 25-year-old Megan E. Stevenson of Owatonna was arrested under suspicion of DWI on Highway 14 near Stockton. Authorities say she had a 0.14 Blood Alcohol Content (BAC).  She was pulled over for speeding.

1/30, 5:00 a.m.  Kathleen A. Manley of Melrose, Wis. was arrested on suspicion of 4th-degree DWI and 3rd-degree test refusal. She was stopped for speeding on Interstate 90 near mile-marker 247.

1/30, 10:21 p.m. 32-year-old Jordan P. Heaps of Winona was arrested on suspicion of DWI in the area of Knop  Valley Dr. and Whitewater Ct. Authorities say he had a 0.15 BAC. He was stopped for having a license plate light out.

1/31, 12:18 a.m. 19-year-old Kassidy Poellinger of La Crosse was arrested on suspicion of DWI after authorities say she went off the road at the 22,000 block of Gilmore Valley Rd. Charges are pending the results of a blood test.

Winona Police Department: 

1/29, 1:52 p.m. 23-year-old Nicholas J. Deppe of Winona was arrested on suspicion of felony theft of a motor vehicle. Police say the reporting party told officers she asked Deppe to get medication from her vehicle that morning but Deppe never returned. Police say they found Deppe in the area of 7th and Chestnut Streets later that day. Police say Deppe told officers he needed to go for a drive.

1/30, 2:03 a.m. 21-year-old Noah P. Naas of Winona was arrested on suspicion of 4th-degree DWI in the area of 6th and Wall Streets. Police say Naas admitted to drinking before driving and had a BAC of 0.12.

1/30, 5:59 p.m. 52-year-old Micheal W. Barker of Winona was arrested on suspicion of 2nd-degree DWI and hit and run property damage. Police say a witness reported seeing Barker hit a stop sign, drive on a sidewalk, and maneuver in and out of traffic in the area of Mankato Ave. and Sarnia St. Police say the witness helped to lead them to 1500 block of Homer Rd. where Barker was parked. Police say Barker admitted to drinking and had a 0.26 BAC

1/30, 11:49 p.m.  A resident at the 150 block of East 11th st. reported his doorbell camera caught an unknown subject entering their home. Police say the reporting party’s dog scared the person off and do not believe anything was taken. Officers are investigating.

1/31, 2:46 a.m. 49-year-old Brian D. Kromke of Holeman was arrested on suspicion of 3rd-degree DWI and obstructing the legal process. Police say they clocked Kromke traveling at 40 mph on Broadway St. and stopped him at 10th and Huff Streets. Police say Kromke refused to exit his vehicle for a field sobriety test and had to be removed from the vehicle by two officers. Police say he had a 0.16 BAC.

1/31, 12:45 p.m. A business at the 850 block of West 3rd St. reported someone had entered their warehouse and stole an estimated $300-$500 worth of copper.
