The Minnesota Department of Transportation says difficult driving conditions exist throughout the Winona Radio listening area.
State and county plows have been out clearing the roads in Winona, Houston, Fillmore and Wabasha Counties along with Buffalo and Trempealeau Counties...but drivers are being advised to take your time and giver yourself extra time to get to your destination,.
About two inches of snow had fallen overnight over most areas.
Interstate90 is reported in fair condition with slippery spots and highways 14 and 61 are also reported to have difficult driving conditions with compacted snow in many areas.
Allow yourself some extra time to get to your destination.
