Road conditions throughout southeastern Minnesota and west central Wisconsin are reported to be in difficult to fair condition.
              
Most state roads throughout the listening area have been treated with chemicals and are in good condition. Highways 14 and 61 in ther Winona area are clear.  Interstate 90 is reported to have difficult driving conditions with some icy patches and patchy fog with reduced visibility.  County and back roads also reported to have some difficult driving conditions.
              
Motorists are being asked to drive according to conditions and give yourself extra time to reach your destination.
