The sale of the Sarnia Square building on East Sarnia Street to the Hiawatha Valley Mental Health Center has been completed.
According to documents filed at the Winona County Recorder's Office, the sale from Winona Health was for 1.8 million dollars.
The Hiawatha Valley Mental Health Center will consolidate its services in the building. The current Urgent Care Center, operated by Winona Health, will remain in the building, according to Winona Health CEO and President Rachelle Schultz.
Schultz said Urgent Care would eventually be relocated to the main Winona Health campus once the new building that will house the Winona Family YMCA is completed which will be jointly occupied by Winona Health and the "Y".
