The Winona Area Public School Board will get a look at the preliminary budget for the 2013-14 school year Thursday night.
The school district is expected to see an increase in state funding after the state legislature approved a new funding formula during the 2013 legislative session.
Also on the agenda is a preliminary discussion on a performance review for Superintendent Scott Hannon. Hannon has about one-year left on his contract before he retires and the board is already scheduled to begin a search for a replacement superintendent in the fall.
Board members will also hear updates on several programs including the Miller Mentoring Program. The meeting will be held at City Hall at 6:00 p.m. and is open to the public.
