A fourth candidate has filed for the Winona mayor's position.  Filing on Tuesday was John Skalitzky.
               
Skalitzky was one of four candidates who also filed for mayor in 2008 but was eliminated in the primary election.  The others who filed Tuesday were city councilmembers George Borzyskowski and Debbie White, along with Mark Peterson, the executive director of the Winona County Historical Society.
               
One one other candidate has filed for the city council and that was Al Thurley who will seek re-election in the First Ward.  Seats held by White and Deb Salyards are also up for re-election.  The filing period ends June 5th.
