Winona Police said two people were treated for stab wounds at Winona Health early Saturday following an incident that took place at an east end residence.

Deputy Police Chief Tom Williams said officer were called to a residence in one thousand block of east Eighth Street about 3:45 a.m. on a report of a disturbance.

Williams said 19-year-old Brandon James Zaborowski had gone to the residence after being awakened by a group of people having a party.
    
Williams said Zaborowski allegedly grabbed a bottle and struck 19-year-old Peter Jonathon Dienger in the head.
                
Williams said Zaborowski then allegedly grabbed a knife and he and Dienger scuffled on the floor. According to Williams, Dienger ended up with three puncture wounds and a cut.
                
Two other males in attendance then tried to subdue Zaborowski and one of them was also stabbed and the other was bitten.
