Four people were arrested in Stockton Wednesday when authorities served a search warrant on a residence connected with suspected drug activity.
Sheriff Dave Brand said three were charged with felony drug counts and a fourth was apprehended on an outstanding felony warrant out of Iowa.
Brand said 33-year-old Patrick John Kennedy and 31-year-old Amanda Erin Bray were each cited with a third degree controlled substance crime and 33-year-old Nicole Marie Pearson was cited with a fifth degree controlled substance crime...all for possession of drugs.
The fourth person, 36-year-old Joshua Lee Hunt, was taken into custody on a felony warrant for conspiracy to distribute meth.
Authorities found a glass pipe and a baggie containing some 4.5 grams of meth in the residence.
The Winona County Emergency Response Team was joined by the Southeastern MInnesota Narcotics and Gang Task Force.
