The City of Winona has declared another tag and towing operation for the entire city for early Saturday morning.
         
That means the city's alternate side parking ordinance will be strictly enforced and vehicles parked on the wrong side of the street will be towed away.
         
During the first tag and towing operation early Friday 40 vehicles received $25 tickets for parking on the wrong side of the street...another 26 vehicles were towed away and will cost the owners much more to retrieve them.
         
Alternate side parking is enforced between the hours of midnight an 6:30 a.m.  Since Saturday is an even-numbered day, park your vehicle on the even side of the street between midnight and 6:30 a.m.
         
The tag and towing operation will also include municipal parking lot number three in downtown Winona.
