Winona police are investigating an accident involving a train and a pedestrian.  The Law Enforcement Center said Louisa Street in the city's east end has been closed to traffic for an undetermined amount of time.
                 
A dispatcher said the mishap occurred about 10:15 a.m.  No other details have been released.  Winona Radio will have more information when it becomes available.
