The executive director of the National Child Protection Training Center in Winona testifies before a committee in Washington, DC Wednesday.  Victor Vieth will testify before the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Administrative Oversight and the Courts.
               
Vieth will address the subject "Protecting Our Children: The Importance of Training Our Child Protection Professionals," at the hearing during a 90 minute proceeding.  The center is located on the campus of Winona State University and was founded by Vieth.
