Whitewater Course



A ten-week course to teach the natural history of Minnesota's hardwoods region will take place at Whitewater State Park beginning Wednesday, March 13th.
               
The Minnesota Master Naturalist Course, a collaborative program between the University of Minnesota Extension Service and Minnesota DNR, will run Wednesday evenings from 6:30 - 9pm through May 22nd, with two Saturday field days.

The course will be taught by naturalists from several agencies including Whitewater State Park, Eagle Bluff Environmental Learning Center, and Zumbro Valley Audubon Chapter. Master Naturalist graduates from former Whitewater courses will also be assisting with sessions.

There is a $200 registration cost for the Master Naturalist course. A limited number of scholarships are available.
