Winona Area Public Schools kicked off the 2015-2016 school year with an opening day event held at Winona Senior High School on Tuesday, August 25.  As part of the event employees were recognized for benchmark years of service by Superintendent Dr. Stephen West, Human Resources Director Patricia Blaisdell, HR Administrative Asst. Emily Solheid and members of the WAPS School Board.
