The Winona Area Catholic Schools announced that Pat Bowlin will become the permanent principal of the WACS schools on July First.  Bowlin has been serving in the interim position for the 2011-12 school year.  He had also served as the Activities Director-Assistant Principal since 1991.
              
The WACS board said Bowlin's  administrative experience, along with his familiarity with WACS will serve him well in his new role.  WACS has two sites for pre-school through 6th grade at St. Mary's Primary School and St. Stanislaus Elementary School. The system also includes the Cotter Schools for grades 7-though 12.
