Winonan Bill Reinharts was named the 2012 Harbormaster Wednesday when he was surprised by a large number of people a the Winona Family YMCA, including many past Harbormasters.
                  
2011 Harbormaster Kevin Kearney presented Reinarts with the official Steamboat Days Captain's Cap as Reinerts was ushered into the YMCA's Community Room.  Reniarts said it was unexpected and he was caught off guard.

Reinarts was honored by the Steamboat Days Festival Committee for his  legacy of community service that spans more than three decades.  Reinarts is the second generation at the helm of Reinarts Stained Glass Studio .  He will reign over Steamboat Days which runs from June 13th through the 17th.

Some of Reinarts community service includes more than10 years in a variety of roles for the YMCA...serving as president, volunteer and fundraiser for the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization...longtime board member of the Red Cross...and an employer of dozens of Winonans over the years at Reinarts Stained Glass Studio.
