Two weeks after a Winona man went missing in the Mississippi River and Winona County Sheriff Dave Brand has not given up on the search.
Brand said at least one search boat has been on the river every day this week but no one has been able to locate the body of 57 year old Ralph Henry Andring. Andring went missing after he fell into the river off a boat near the Highway 43 interstate bridge on May 18th.
Searchers have combed the area between the bridge and Lock and Dam Six at Trempealeau since then. Brand said a boat and searchers from the Wabasha County Sheriff's Department helped out on Thursday. Brand continues to ask pleasure boaters to keep an eye out for Andring's body.
